Language Work (Toddler Tuesday)

Last week I introduced the Sound Bin "Mm" to the toddlers they have been having a blast with the activities that are inside.

Here is our Mm Sound Bin

The following are pictures of the two toddlers working with the activities in the Sound Bin

Lacing m&m's. Printable from Confessions Of A Homeschooler.

Sound objects: mat,marble,mouse,monkey, magnifying glass.

Using playdoh to form letters. Printable from Confessions Of A Homeschooler.

The internet is a wonderful source of information. I appreciate all the time these people put into making materials that are accessible for everyone. The children love all of  the materials and they enjoy learning.

Amber has found great interest in the sandpaper letters.

Amber can proudly tell you the sound Mm makes.

  2. I love your sound bin! It's something I want to introduce this year. Do you have a few sound bins out at the same time? My classroom is too small to have all the letter out at the same time. Do you advice rotation or how many sound bins at a time?

  5. Thank you for the comments!! Every week I have two sound bins out. On Monday, and then the next bin is introduced on Wednesday. The following week I add two more sound bins. On the third week the same four sound bins are on the shelf. This week is our sound review. An activity we might do this week, is blend the sounds to make words and four sounds object sort. Then I repeat the cycle with new sound bins.

  8. With havin so much content and articles do you ever run into any issues of plagorism or
copyright violation? My blog has a lot of completely unique content I've either written myself or outsourced but it seems a lot of it is popping it up all over the web without my permission. Do you know any techniques to help prevent content from being ripped off? I'd definitely appreciate it.

  13. When thinking about http://www.faucetsmarket.com/bathroom-accessory-bathroom-mirrors-c-4_5.html we need to remember that the bathroom, as we know it, is still relatively new. Before 1870, Victorians would slide into a hip Kitchen faucet in front of the fire. These shallow Antique brass faucet were curved up the back making a comfortable rest and were made of iron or zinc, usually painted dark brown on the outside and cream or marbled on the inside. http://www.faucetsmarket.com/
