Another lovely week with the toddler gang. To be honest I am forgetting about this whole age thing. They enjoy themselves so much here that they are always" Eager Beavers". You ought to here them when they ask me to show them a new lesson, it is music to my ears.
Here are the covers of the toddlers three favorite books last week. They especially liked The Gingerbread Family, it is a scratch n' sniff book.
Some of their accomplishments......
Coloring. Happys' favorite past time.
Using clothespins to hang stockings.
Coloring in the lines!!
Spooning.
Sorting colors.
Happy got this off the shelf and did a fine job with this puzzle.
Matching socks.
Here are some other activities that they often worked with that wasn't captured on camera while they were working with them.
Matching objects to pictures and learning some spanish along the way.
Matching pictures to shadows. They are really good at this, I plan to trim around the pictures some more to add more of a challenge.
Size sorting.
To see other toddlers learning inspired by the montessori method pop over to One Hook Wonder.
I love the clothespins to hang stockings. I'm trying it.
