Montessori Monday

We had a wonderful Montessori work week! All of the dhildren are still enjoying our daily rhythm. Our work period is still mostly made up of small groups, but it is to be expected for right now. I bet soon maybe I will be able to sit and observe and add more flavor to the childrens' liking. They are enjoying what is avaliable to them now and are even doing lots of extension lessons that some weren't interested in doing before.

  1. Thanks for linking up to Montessori Monday! This is just the kind of blog I love- lots of visual information. I think multi-age is one of the most beautiful things about Montessori and I see the benefits with my kids as they start to teach each other new things!

  3. Heidi- Thank you for stopping by. I agree one of the most beautiful things about Montessori is the multiage. When I finally got to teaching my youngest how to read I realized his older sisters had already taught him letter sounds. I just love it!
Lori- Thank you for coming to peek into our classroom. We are always peeking into yours:) Love your blog!

  4. It's awesome to see such great work in action! LOVE how concentrated the children are! Thanks for linking up with Montessori Monday! I featured your post at the Living Montessori Now Facebook page: http://www.facebook.com/LivingMontessoriNow

By the way, it look like you have the same problem I do with the blogger commenting system (where it doesn't accept your Google profile). It won't work for me when I use Internet Explorer. I use the Firefox browser for commenting now, and that works just fine!
